Tube Settlers

Tube settlers also called as lamella clarifiers, are used to remove solids in the waste water treatment. Tube settlers are single PVC profiles combined to tubes. This design multiplies the sedimentation area up to 15 times per square meter surface area and helps to improve sedimentation in w ater and wastewater treatment plants.

Most common and widely accepted tube settler design
Easy and quick to install as per site conditions
Can be transported in the form of loose tubes and hence saves transportation cost
Due to tongue and groove mechanism, it requires no special training to install at site
High specific settling area
Only bottom support structure required to install.
